Dr. Viktoria Schmittmann is a recognized expert in IT and data protection law, artificial intelligence, digital compliance, and cybersecurity. Combining a background in law and business informatics, she brings a uniquely interdisciplinary perspective to the legal and ethical dimensions of digital transformation, with a particular focus on sovereignty in cloud environments, AI governance and the strategic response to cyber incidents.

Dr. Schmittmann is Managing Director of bpc GmbH, a consultancy specializing in digital compliance, and an Equity Partner at Zuhorn Attorneys, both based in Germany. In addition to her executive roles, she is actively engaged in honorary positions within leading professional networks. She serves as Vice President of the German chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), where she supports dialogue and best practices across the Microsoft partner ecosystem. She also chairs the Artificial Intelligence expert committee of the German Society for Law and Informatics.
