Richard Behan, Chief Corporate Development Officer joined CAE Technology Services in July 2004.  Having graduated from university with a business degree, he started his career in IT and sales.  With 25 years industry experience, Richard is a co-owner and board member of CAE.  Following a management buyout in 2018, Richard is now focused on ESG, the experience journey of the customer and the strategic direction of the business.
