All XChange attendees are pre-qualified and hosted with hotel accommodation and all conference activities covered. In order to be a hosted attendee, you must agree to and abide by certain conditions—as well as commit to participate in all facets of the XChange conference:

• You are a solution provider decision-maker with the title of Director or above
• Participates in a minimum of 1 vendor partner program
  
• Active website accurately depicting the business

PLEASE NOTE: We can only accept registrations from VARs / MSPs / IT solution providers / IT system houses that fall under the following categories:

• VAR (Primarily hardware and software sales)
• Solution Provider (Balanced revenue from product and professional services)
• Managed Service Provider (MSP) (Primarily services revenue with a smaller revenue from product sales)
• Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) (Primarily security-focused managed services revenue)

If your company type is one of the following: Vendor, Manufacturer, Office Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Software Vendor (ISV), Distributor, or Channel Services Provider, your complimentary hosted delegate pass will automatically be denied. Likewise, if your target audience is principally MSPs / VARs / IT solution partners / IT system houses, your complimentary hosted delegate pass will automatically be denied.
